The Montessori assistant teacher actively supports the lead teacher in a Montessori classroom.

A day in the life of a teaching assistant includes:

  • Preparing the learning environment,
  • Observing children’s progress,
  • Assisting with individual lessons and activities,
  • Maintaining classroom order,
  • Ensuring all students receive a high-quality, individualized learning experience and
  • Upholding the core principles of the Montessori philosophy.

Supports in providing a nurturing environment for students ages 2½ – 6 to learn and grow at Summit Learning Tree – Montessori School. Assists Family Ministry during quarterly conferences with conference projects and assisting in the Day Camps.

Goals for 2025

Our focus for 2025 is to build upon the momentum of our recent victories by fulfilling the critical objectives outlined in our Mission Fulfillment Plan:

  1. Publish the teachings in all formats and preserve the entire body of ascended master teachings for posterity.
  2. Develop future leadership in our organization.
  3. Continue to communicate the Everlasting Gospel to the world through international outreach.
  4. Focus on servant leadership to further develop the Community of the Holy Spirit.
  5. Manifest and maintain the physical chalice of the Inner Retreat.
  6. Support community-wide spiritual practice for the Path of Initiation.
  7. Focus on funding The Summit Lighthouse to fulfill the many mandates of the Great White Brotherhood and our physical needs.

Looking ahead, our 2025 goals are bold and inspiring. Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the efficient operation of our facilities and equipment here at the Inner Retreat. This position ranges from per-forming routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, to ensuring compliance with county, state and federal safety standards. This job requires one to have strong technical background, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is responsible for maintaining the Royal Teton Ranch, Sphinx trailer park, and Yellowstone Hot Springs Resort properties’ plumbing (water and gas), HVAC, electrical, lighting, and overseeing the maintenance and reporting for the public water and septic systems. Also coordinates with the Community Operations team on maintenance issues, especially when working with contractors. Performs emergency building, infrastructure, and HVAC repairs in a timely manner.

LEADERSHIP IN AQUARIUS ROUNDTABLE UPDATE

Greetings Leaders and Potential Leaders,

As we prepare for the new cycle of 2025, we hope you will join us for the Aquarian Leadership Roundtable with Virtual and In-Person Groups on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 from 9:30 – 12:30 MT.

We will explore the link between leadership and wholeness. Two short presentations will be given and then we have the opportunity for dialogue in our small group sessions. Here are the titles of the two topics:

  • Wholeness and Community – Healing Body, Mind, Soul and Spirit with Spiritual Director, Kenneth Frazier, a clinical psychologist and Spiritual Community Developer, Deirdre Burrell, traditional Oriental Medicine practitioner
  • Master Mind Healing Alliance Groups with Prosperity Team Member, Bob Burke, a retired entrepreneur

We would love to have you participate with us in this session as we launch these leadership initiatives in the new year.

Offering quarterly conferences in our chapels anchors new light cycles and in return, we receive special dispensations from the Great White Brotherhood.

Our team wants to share some highlights that we notice and appreciate from many of your activities this year. You are:

Bravo to the groups who are learning new technologies to enhance their outreach capabilities. Your joy and enthusiasm for outreach is helping expand the opportunity for seekers to become new Keepers of the Flame. Can you imagine the twinkle in Saint Germain’s eyes?
